Our History

Founded in 1997 as J.C. Roberts Construction Company Inc., we’re proud to reintroduce ourselves as Revcon, a name that represents both where we’ve been and where we’re going. Our company earned a respected place in the Permian Basin and Southeastern New Mexico by consistently delivering quality construction built on integrity, craftsmanship, and strong relationships. We’ve built more than just projects, we’ve built a legacy of trust that still defines us today.

Now under new leadership, Revcon carries that legacy forward with a renewed sense of purpose. A new generation of leadership came together with a shared vision to build something meaningful, a company that not only delivers exceptional work, but also redefines the way construction is experienced. With this vision, they took the opportunity to acquire the company and bring Revcon to life.

The name stands for revolutionizing construction, not necessarily in the methods or materials, but in how we approach the process. We believe that while much of construction follows technical standards, what sets a company apart is the experience it creates for the people involved. That means better communication, more transparency, and an unwavering commitment to long-term relationships with our clients, with our team, and within our community.
